The circuit
Ten minutes in the cedar sauna, a minute in the cold plunge, then a long sit in the warm rest room with tea. Do it three times, or once, or not at all.

Etiquette
Arrive on time
Sessions start on the hour and doors close at ten past so the heat stays in.
Hydrate
Bring water or drink from the tap in the rest room. Skip alcohol before and after.
